Lazerle Basur Tedavisi Lazer diye tanımlanan tedavi yönteminde (İRC) dokunulduğu bölgede 1-2 saniyede yüksek ısılara ulaşılmakta ve o alanda bir anlamda dokuyu 2-4 mm derine kadar pişirmektedir. Hayvan dokusu olduğu için anlatılamamış olsa da hemoroid kanamasını saniyeler içinde durdurmaktadır. Aktif basur kanamasında en pratik yöntemdir.
Basur Lastikle Boğma Yöntemi Bir diğer basur tedavisi ise lastikle boğma yöntemi olup, (RBL- rubber band ligation), bu yöntemde ise yine videoda görüleceği gibi alet memeyi içine çekip vücuda en yakın yerine yani dibine lastik bir halka koymaktadır. Konulan bu lastik halka memeye kan gidişini engeller , kan gidemeyen meme büzüşüp yok olur.
Ameliyatsız Basur Tedavisi Sayılır Her ikisi de ameliyatsız yöntemler arasında olup, ayrı ayrı uygulandığında 3-4 dakika aynı hastaya her iki yöntemde birlikte uygulandığında ise muhtemelen 4-6 dakika arasında sürmektedir.
Uygulaması Oldukça Kolaydır Her iki yöntemler tedavi edilen basur hastası aynı gün işine dönebilir. Tedavi sonrası hasta lüxünün en iyi olduğu yöntemlerdir. Kabul edilebilir düzeyde ağrı ve birkaç saat sürebilen tuvalete gitme isteği dışında önemli bir sorun yaşanmaz.
