Leke Tedavisi Nasıl Yapılır?
Dar alandaki lekelerin tedavisi: yüzeysel ben veya belirgin çil gibi görünen 2-5 mm lik alanlar halindeki bu lekelerin tedavisi daha kolaydır. Radyo frekans veya buharlaştırma yöntemleriyle 0.2-0.3 mm’lik lekeli tabaka kaldırılır. Uygulama 2-3 dakika sürer sonraki günlerde yüzeysel bir kabuk oluşup düşer ve alttan pembe cilt çıkıp haftalar içinde kendiliğinden cilt rengine bürünür.
Lazerle Leke Tedavisi
Daha koyu alanların ışığı ve buna bağlı olarak ısıyı daha fazla tutarak yüzeysel bir yanık oluşturma mantığına dayanır. Leke tarafından tutulan dalga boyu ışık kişinin lekesine göre filtrelerle belirlenir ve uygulanır. Başarısı yüksektir 3-10 seans uygulanması gerekebilir.
Kimyasal Peeling Uygulaması
Daha az etkili ve daha az yan etki yapan meyve asitleri (AHA- alfa hidroksi asit) en yaygın kullanılanıdır. Yan etkileri sebebiyle çok dikkatli kullanmayı gerektiren TCA (triklorikasit) doktor tarafından kullanılmalı ve daha belirgin lekelerin tedavisinde kullanılır.
Dermabrazyon
Yüzdeki sivilce izleri, kırışıklıklar ve yine leke tedavisinde kullanılan en agresif tedavi yöntemidir. Ciltten hafif kanayacak kadar ince bir tabaka kaldırılır. İşlem lazer veya zımpara ile gerçekleştirilir. Eski bir yöntem olmasına rağmen özellikle izlerin giderlimesinde zımpara ile yapılması daha etkilidir. Abrazyon diğer adıyla dermabrazyon genel anesteziyle yapılabilir çünkü çok ağrılı bir uygulamadır. Bunun dışındakiler uyuşturmadan da yapılabilir. TCA kimyasal peeling canı tatlı hastalarda narkozla yapılır.
