2 çay kaşığı kırmızı tozbiber

HAZIRLANIŞI
Bonfile et tahta tokmakla 15 dakika sinir ve yağlan ayrılacak şekilde dövülür. Ete tuz eklenip 15 dakika daha dövülür. Bu işlemin ardından 1,5 su bardağı su ete karıştırılarak yedirilir. Macun kıvamına gelen ete ince kıyılmış kuru soğan, karabiber, kırmızı tozbiber, yumurta ve un,eklenerek yoğrulur.
Geniş bir tencereye, yarısını geçecek kadar su koyulur, tuz eklenir. Hazırlanan etli harçtan yumurta büyüklüğünde etler alınıp, su yardımıyla şekil verilir ve suya atılır. Tencerenin kapağı yarım kapatılıp, 20 - 25 dakika harlı ateşte pişirilir. Köfteler piştikten sonra, tencereden delikli kepçe ile alınır. Haşlanmış köfteler tereyağında kavrulur, Patates kızartması, pilav ve yoğurt eşliğinde servis yapılır.

Yapılışı:

Balıkları temizleyip güzelce yıkayın. Daha sonra baharatları arzu ettiğiniz miktarda ekleyin tuzunu da koyun. İyice karıştırın. Yağı tavaya koyun ve kızdırın (fazla yağ koymayın çünkü bu yağlı bir balık). Balıkları una bulayarak kızartın… Yanına da güzel bir salatayla çok lezzetli olur…Afiyet Olsun…
