Buyurun Malzemeler:
750 gram kuşbaşı et
2 su bardağı pirinç
3 su bardağı sıcak su
3-4 adet orta boy patates,
1 çay bardağı konserve bezelye,
1 adet orta boy havuç,
tuz, karabiber,
1 çorba kaşığı tereyağı veya margarin
Pilav için:
2 su bardağı pirinç
3 su bardağı sıcak su
Yarım su bardağı mısırözü yağı,
Tuz
Patatesleri kızartmak için:
1 su bardağı sıvı yağ,
1 adet et suyu tableti (arzuya göre)

HAZIRLANIşI :

Pirinci sıcak tuzlu suda 15-20 dakika bekletelim.
a- Etleri düdüklü tencereye alalım. üzerine biraz çıkacak kadar sıcak su ekleyelim. Orta hararetli ateşte haşlayalım. Etler yumuşadığında içine tereyağını, tuzu ve karabiberi ekleyip, 5 dakika daha pişirelim. Konserve bezelyeleri ve haşlayıp, küp küp doğradığımız havucu ekleyip, yayvan bir tencereye yerleştirelim.
b- Patatesleri yarım parmak kalınlığında yuvarlak dilimler halinde keselim. Kızgın sıvı yağda yarı yarıya pişecek şekilde kızartalım. Etlerin üzerine bir sıra patates döşeyelim. Arzuya göre tencerenin kenarlarına da bir sıra patatesi dik olarak yerleştirelim.
c- Pirinçlerin suyunu süzüp, nişastası gidene dek birkaç su yıkayalım. Sularını süzelim. Ayrı bir tencereye sıvı yağı alıp, kızdıralım. Pirinçleri şeffaflaşana dek kavuralım. Kavrulan pirinçleri yayvan tenceredeki patateslerin üzerine yayalım. 3 su bardağı sıcak suya arzuya göre 1 et suyu tabletini ve yeterince tuzu ilave edip, karıştıralım. Et suyu eridiğinde tencerenin kenarından yavaşça suyu boşaltalım. Tencerenin kapağını örtüp, ağır ateşte pirinçler suyunu çekip, üzeri göz göz olana dek pişirelim. Ateşten alıp, tencerenin üzerine temiz bir bez örterek 15 dakika demlenmeye bırakalım. Tencereyi düz bir servis tabağına ters çevirerek yemeğimizin şeklini bozmadan özenle

Benim yediğim daha değişikti yani bu kadar zengin değildi...Tabi öğrenci evinde ancak o kadar olur...Ama o yemekten aldığım tadı başka yemekten alamadım hiçbir zaman...
